This Privacy Policy explains how the Spirited Level mobile application (the “App”) handles information. The App is a bubble level / inclinometer tool. We respect your privacy and keep data collection to the minimum required to run the App and show advertisements.
The App itself does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information. Specifically:
The App does not require an account, login, or any contact information.
The App displays banner advertisements using Google AdMob, a service provided by Google. To serve ads, Google and its partners may collect and use certain information from your device, such as advertising identifiers, IP address, general device information, and app-usage signals, in order to deliver and measure ads (which may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your settings and region).
This processing is governed by Google’s own privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy. You can learn how Google uses information from apps that use its services at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
You can limit ad personalization or reset your advertising ID in your device settings (Android: Settings › Google › Ads).
We do not sell your data. The only third party that receives data through the App is Google, acting as our advertising provider, as described above.
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Because the App does not collect or store personal data on our servers, there is no personal data for us to secure. Advertising data is handled by Google under its own security practices.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
